Delivery Information

All deliveries to Mainland UK only


*A simple flat rate delivery charge of just £5.95 if order is placed through the website.

*Deliveries are approximately 1 - 3 working days from the dispatch date. N.B this does not include the order processing time - please read the information supplied on our required standard lead times.

If however you require an order to be processed more quickly, please feel free to call or email and we shall try our utmost to accomodate a shorter lead time.


*For your convenience deliveries will be made by a ‘Courier Tracked’ and 'Signed For' service (deliveries between 8am and 6pm Monday – Fridays only).   

For lighter orders we will use the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service, usually up to 2 - 3 working days.


*As all of our products contain (perishable) chocolate we would not normally dispatch any orders on a Friday, this is to ensure the safe arrival of your goods in optimum condition.


*Either service will require accurate delivery details and an agreement that there will be someone available to accept the goods and supply a signature to confirm delivery has been made. If you have missed your delivery a card should be posted by the courier or postman with information for you to organise a new delivery date. Any further re-delivery charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer.


*The Chocolate Favour Box will accept no liability for any deliveries delayed that are outside of our control e.g. postal strikes, seasonal and bank holiday dates etc


*Any orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Scottish Islands please contact us for a quotation.


*Please note that due to the nature of our business we are unable to deliver outside of the UK, to a PO Box or BFPO addresses. When ordering our products we would recommend that you take into account fluctuations in seasonal temperature conditions (particularly in the summer months) that may affect the appearance or condition of the chocolate.
